Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns From Outside the EU

For returns that are not due to our fault (for example, you ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or the return is otherwise not caused by an error or defect on our side), a fixed €30 customs documentation fee applies to cover re-importing the goods into the EU. This fee applies only to returns shipped from outside the European Union and is deducted from your refund.

Returns caused by our error — a defective part, the wrong item supplied, or shipping damage — are not subject to this fee, and we cover the return costs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your shipment until delivery.

Parts Handling Times

Handling time is the time from order confirmation to dispatch from our warehouse. It varies by brand due to supplier lead times.

Handling times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods or due to supplier availability. Shipping time is in addition to the handling time above.
