We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, follow the steps below.
Return Policy Summary
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. EU consumers who cancel within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period are refunded in full with no restocking fee (you pay return shipping). For voluntary returns after day 14, a 30% restocking fee applies. No fee applies to defective or incorrectly supplied items. Returns shipped from outside the EU also incur a fixed €30 customs documentation fee unless the return is our fault (see below). Some items (see exclusions) cannot be returned.

What You Can Return
Standard, in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of the date you receive them, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Resalable (no installation marks, damage, or contamination)
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Special-order or custom-built items (unless defective or incorrectly supplied)
- Software, coded modules, or items where the seal has been broken
- Perishable or consumable items
How to Return an Item

Contact us
Email support@wwspares.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will send you a return authorisation (RMA) and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Pack and ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent). Include the RMA reference inside the parcel. Ship to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or a defective one.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. No restocking fee is deducted for cancellations within the 14-day EU withdrawal period or for defective/incorrectly supplied items; for voluntary returns after day 14 a 30% restocking fee is deducted. Refunds are usually credited within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to voluntary returns made after the 14-day EU withdrawal period (for example, you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part). This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs and is deducted from your refund amount.
No restocking fee applies if:
- You are an EU consumer cancelling within the 14-day withdrawal period
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent the wrong product
- The item was incorrectly described on our website
Returns From Outside the EU
For returns that are not due to our fault and are shipped from outside the European Union, a fixed €30 customs documentation fee applies to cover re-importing the goods into the EU. This fee is deducted from your refund. Returns caused by an error or defect on our side are exempt.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund (no restocking fee) as soon as the issue is confirmed.
EU Consumer Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right is exercised by following the return steps above. The refund includes standard delivery costs (we pay the least expensive option) and no restocking fee is charged for a valid withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning the goods unless we supplied defective or incorrect items.
