Warranty Terms
Goods are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty, calculated from the day the Goods are delivered (handed over) to you.
Important Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is granted only for original, new parts (Goods) and does not apply to non-original and/or non-new Goods supplied by the Seller at your order and with your consent.
- Claims regarding defects discovered during the use of the Goods may be made within the warranty period. The warranty period is counted from the day the Goods are delivered (handed over) to you.
- The warranty does not apply if defects arose through no fault of the Seller or the manufacturer of the Goods — for example, due to improper use, accident, installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, exposure to chemicals or similar causes. The Seller and the manufacturer are not liable for defects, damage, breakage or other shortcomings of the Goods that arose because you, or persons acting on your behalf or in your interests, stored, operated, installed or otherwise used the Goods without following the manufacturer's installation instructions.
- The warranty does not apply to Goods which, due to their functional purpose, are subject to increased wear (e.g. tyres, glass, brake pads, etc.) and which have become wholly or partly unfit for use as a result of intensive use.
- The warranty is invalid if the Goods were fitted at a service centre not authorised by the manufacturer of the Goods and without installation documentation.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at support@wwspares.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the fault.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and, where possible, photos or diagnostic reports showing the defect.
- We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
- We may require the faulty item to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.
Statutory Rights
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under EU consumer law, you may have additional rights in case of defective goods, including the right to repair, replacement, or refund. We will honour applicable legal requirements.
